NW England Weather Forecast: Thursday, April 23rd 2026
High pressure in charge, dry and fine days ahead and getting warmer!!!
A little patchy cloud in the east to start, but that soon clears to leave another lovely sunny day. With lighter winds than yesterday, it’ll feel warmer too, with highs climbing to around 18°C. The sun is getting stronger now, so worth keeping that in mind as UV levels are on the up.
Tonight stays clear and calm, allowing temperatures to drop back. Mist and fog patches may form in a few spots, with the chance of a grass frost in places. Some cloud may return in the east, with lows around 6°C.
Friday brings more of the same — any early mist or fog quickly clears, leaving another bright and sunny day. Temperatures edge up a little further, reaching around 19°C.
Looking ahead, the weekend keeps the warm and sunny theme going with light winds. Sunday may turn a bit cloudier, which could knock temperatures back slightly, but it still looks pleasant overall.
